Sea-boiled, hand-peeled prawns

Scroll

Species: Pandalus Borealis

Our handpeeled praws are large, sea-boiled shrimp caught in the Northwest Atlantic. Immediately after catch, the prawns are boiled at sea (sea-cooked) and then frozen. This process preserves a good taste and a firm bite.

After landing, the prawns are gently peeled by hand and packed for the consumer. Handpeeling makes the prawns have more tail and neck meat left and makes them appear extra nice.
